Chipembele

The Chipembele Nature Field Centre is a purpose-built outdoor education and research hub located on the edge of South Luangwa National Park. The project is designed to support hands-on conservation learning, scientific research, and community engagement, providing students, educators, and researchers with direct access to one of Zambia’s most biodiverse landscapes. Rooted in sustainability and local building practices, the centre brings together learning spaces, accommodation, and support facilities to create an immersive environment where theory and practice meet, helping to inspire long-term environmental stewardship and stronger connections between people and the natural world.
